Where the Desert Meets Rock'n'Roll
Not enough reviews to rate.
While countless films have explored music scenes such as Seattle's grunge rock or the rise of New York City's punk movement, little is known about the bands that defined the desert rock culture of southern Arizona. The musical documentary HIGH AND DRY exposes the eclectic community of musicians that emerged from Tucson's influential region over the past two decades. Through explosive performances and in-depth interviews, the film captures the struggle of one small town's big music scene and introduces the world to this hotbed of talent.

Nate Smith (Red Oaks, Odd Mom Out) stars as Paul, an enthusiastic team-building consultant who hasn't met a team he couldn't improve... until today. A routine training course spins out of control when a sadistic middle-manager and his tortured team of misanthropes force Paul to question his job. Can it be that some teams just don’t work? Also starring Donald Ian Black (Netflix’s The Toys that Made Us) and Jackie Michelle Johnson (Comedy Central’s Drunk History).
